Who we are
Jubilee Finance LLC operates jubileefinancellc.com and its financing application and document portals. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through those services.
Information we collect
If you use our website contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message to respond to your inquiry. When you apply, we collect information you provide, including your name, contact information, mailing and project addresses, Social Security number, date of birth, employment or other income information, income amounts, housing costs, debt payments, and application acknowledgments and signatures. A joint application includes information and separate acknowledgments from each borrower.
When requested, you may upload supporting materials such as identity documents, income records, bank statements, project contracts, invoices, and project photographs. Our systems also process application references, verification and session information, upload history, and security-related activity.
How we use information
We use application information to receive and review financing requests, communicate with you, verify portal access, collect requested supporting documents, coordinate authorized project activity, protect the service, and maintain records. Submitting an application does not guarantee financing. Any credit-report access requires an applicable permissible purpose and the relevant authorization; the current website does not automatically pull credit reports or make credit decisions.
Who may receive information
Authorized Jubilee personnel may access information needed to handle your request. Providers supporting website hosting, communications, storage, and security may process information needed for those services.
If Cloudmersive scanning is enabled for real uploads, uploaded file contents will be transmitted to Cloudmersive for malware scanning before cleared files are made available for download. Scanning can require processing the full document, including personal information it contains.
Jubilee does not sell customer information or share it with other companies for their marketing. Jubilee does not share application or customer information with outside lenders, funding partners, loan servicers, or collection companies. Service providers needed to operate our website, communications, storage, and security services may process information as described above.
Jubilee Finance LLC has no affiliated companies, meaning companies related by common ownership or control.
Verification and cookies
The application and portals use cookies and temporary tokens to maintain sessions and protect requests. Borrower portal access requires an application reference and a one-time code sent to the borrower email recorded on the application. WordPress uses additional cookies for staff login. The site also uses temporary browser storage for WordPress functionality.
How we protect and keep information
The application uses encrypted connections and encrypts saved application records and uploaded documents. Uploaded documents are stored outside the public website directory, and access is restricted through the application. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete security.
We keep approved borrowers’ application records for the life of the loan and longer when required by law. We review declined records quarterly and delete them only after required retention periods and any legal holds have ended.
Your questions and requests
Contact us to ask about this notice or request help correcting information. We may verify your identity before discussing an application. Any access, correction, deletion, or sharing-choice rights depend on applicable law and recordkeeping requirements.
